Questions to consider when meal planning: 1. How much money do I have to spend on groceries this week? 2. How many portions or meals can I make with one recipe? 3. Are there any days where I know that I will not be eating at home (for example, you are going to a friends house for dinner and studying). 4. How much time do you have to cook/prepare your food? 5. Are your meals well balanced (do you have a protein, vegetable or fruit, and at starch?)
