The phone on the main floor was ringing none stop.
Peter is laying on his cot face down when Anne came into his room.
Anne walks over says to Peter, "Look Peter, the sky! A lovely, lovely day! Aren't the clouds beautiful?"
Peter got off the bed and said, "I've just gone crazy. I think if something doesn't happen soon...if we don't get out of here." Anne says back, "I wish you had a religion, Peter."
Peter says back in anger, "No thanks! Not me!" Anne says, "I know it's terrible, trying to have any faith... but you know what I sometimes think? I think the world maybe going through a phase."
Peter argues, "I want to see something now.. Not in a thousand years from now!" Anne says, "But Peter if you'd only look at it as part of a great pattern...that we're just a little minute in the life."
