The next phase is telophase I, where the cell goes is almost complete dividing, and the nuclear membrane reforms. The next and final phase of Meiosis I is Cytokineses. This is where the cell is completely divided, into 2 Haploid cells! Now we have to do that again!
Now begins meiosis II, there's two haploid cells but I'm only gonna explain it for one cell, so know this happens in the two cells that split! The first phase of meiosis II is prophase II. This is where the DNA clumps again and the spindles start to form.
That because Meiosis II, is just like mitosis, we learned that last week in biology class! We're so ahead!

The next step is Metaphase II, where chromsomes line in the middle of the cell. In anaphase II, one chromosome from each side is pulled apart to the other side of the cell. These are the same steps we took in meiosis I
