SN Class 11/12
Baseball game at 4:00 pm. It is 7:00 am time for breakfast. I'm going to eat a banana, eggs, cereal, turkey bacon and drink grape juice. The banana, juice, and cereal have lots of simple carbohydrates in them. The eggs are full of protein and the turkey bacon has a little bit of fat.
It is 9:30 am now, time to hydrate and eat a light snack. I am drinking a gatorade and and apple that both have carbohydrates in them.
12:00 pm time for light, high carb lunch and to hydrate. Today I am eating a sandwich and fruit salad that are high in carbohydrates. Also, I am drinking another gatorade for hydration and for extra carbohydrates and electrolytes.
It is 3 pm, one hour to go before baseball game. I will drink only water and a sports drinks. The sports drink contains carbohydrates.
4:00 pm. Game Time.
Recovery 6 pm. Eat a salad, fruit, and water. Fruit and salad have carbohydrates in them.
