  • The founder of Buddhism was Siddhartha Gautama. Siddhartha Gautama was a real person. He was born as a Hindu, but did not like the way people would suffer and the caste system. One day he left and meditated under a tree for 7 weeks and found Nirvana.
  • Christianity
  • I am Jesus and I am gods sun.
  • Buddhism does not have gods. There for they aren't polytheist or monotheistic. They do have beliefs like the four noble truths and the Eightfold path.

  • I am god.
  • The fundamental beliefs of Buddhism are everyone suffers, suffering comes from our desires for pleasure, people can over come there desires to reach Nirvana, and you can overcome desires by following the eight fold path.

  • Society is like a wheat field.
  • The founder of Christianity was Jesus. Jesus was believed to be a god on earth. He was gods sun, and spread the messages from god. Siddhartha Gautama and Jesus both founded a religion.
  • Christianity is a monotheistic religion. They believe in one god. Buddhism and Christianity both follow their beliefs.

  • The fundamental beliefs of Christianity are society is like a wheat field and every one should be nice. In Buddhism and Christianity they both believe in being nice.
