A New Opportunity is Identified
Carrington is in need of a Network Assessment after an internal breach.
Submit Demand Request in CAMS
Practice Lead Assigns a Resource
I will assign Luke Slymen as the Solutions Architect for this Network Assessment.
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) or onsite Solutions Architect has identified a new opportunity at Carrington Mortgage.
Pre Sales Assignment (PSRA)
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) or onsite Solutions Architect will submit the newly identified opportunity in CAMS.
Solution Architect Builds Solution Design
I will gather all the Customer requirements and build the Solution Design for the Network Assessment for Carrington.
After all the stakeholders are notified of a new opportunity, the Practice Lead for the selected Compass item will assign a Resource to assist in scoping the new opportunity.
Solutions Architect Completes Demand Task
The Practice Lead will assign an Architect on the PSRA tab of the Demand Task. The Assigned Architect will then receive an email notification of assignment.
The Solutions Architect will gather all Customer requirements and build the Solution Design.
The Solutions Architect will enter the Demand Task within the Demand Record and complete the Pre Sales Fact Finding (PRSF), Pre Sales Solution Options (PSSO), and Resource Plan tabs.
Practice Lead Approves Solution Design
I have reviewed and approved my teams Solution Design.
CSM Builds SOW Based On Solution Design
Present SOW to the Customer
The Practice Lead receives an email notify to review and approve the Solution Design.
Once the Solution Design is complete, the CSM will draft a Statement of Work and Cost Model, that will then be review by the Customer stakeholders.
The Account Executive will deliver and present the Statement of Work to the Customer.
