  • The Battle of Bentonville was a Civil War battle and took place in Bentonville, NC 
  • Just surrender already, you're losing a lot of men

  • General William T. Sherman and his troop (union) prepare a surprise attack on the confederates. 
  • I surrender! 
  • General Joseph Johnston and his troop (confederate) were already prepared and they were aware of this attack 
  • Union Victory 
  • and the last battle between these generals 
  • The battle went on for a couple days and the number of soldiers was dwindling down 
  • In the end, General Johnston surrendered and the battle was over.
  • The Union won the battle and the Battle of Bentonville was the last battle between these two specific armies.
