  • In this part of the story Ally starts to realize she can't read. Ally doesn't tell anyone she can't read so everyone, including Jessica and Shay think she is dumb.

  • In this part of the story we learn about Ally's frequent visits to the principles office.

  • In this part of the story Ally learns that she might have dyslexia. This part of the story is especially important because it is also the first time Ally opens up to Mr.Daniels.

  • Throughout the rest of the story Ally starts to learn how to read. Her grades start to improve and Ally becomes happier. She makes two new friends named Keisha and Albert .
