  • Emily Murphy's name went to the supreme court of Canada to be a senate, but it wasn't considered because she wasn't a persons.
  • Why should we consider her, she's not a qualified person.

  • Emily Murphy banded together with 4 other women and went to the Supreme Court of Canada.
  • We have to go to the Supreme Court to plead our case.
  • Emily Murphy and the 4 other women went to Britain to plead their case to the Privy Council in Britain.
  • The Privy Council in Britain overruled the Supreme Court of Canada and declaired women as persons.
