1st Continental Congress: about 50 leaders of 12 of the thirteen colonies, Georgia didn't join the congress, but it was about the laws and how they can effect the patriots AND the colonists negatively and positively
2nd Continental Congress: The leaders gathered once again, and John Adams, Sam Adams' cousin, said that they could put together an army to fight against the rebel patriots.
The Battles of Lexington and Concord: The colonists that were made into an army surprised the patriots and took them over. The colonists were victorious with only a few dead and some injured.
