As the ride continued down Howell Mill towards Midtown a few more patrons boarded the bus, making it about 9 people in total. Many patrons in what appeared to be work clothes, at least thats what Kristen assumed by the non-slip shoes.
Relieved to arrive at the Midtown Train station Kristen began to think. This bus ride was different than the previous but in what ways?
Whew! That bus ride took forever. I know he stopped at every stop. The bus was so slow!
Fast Forward to the next day, Sunday evening.
Kristen decided to take the number 12 bus home from work. She was accompanied by her coworker, Ja'kia who she sat with. When they boarded the bus there was only one other man. This bus was much older than the Cobb Linc Kristen rode the previous morning.
One stop into their ride the bus driver stopped at a designated MARTA stop in front of a gas station. The driver then exited the bus, the doors remained open. Kristen and Ja'kia looked at each other quizzically. In about 5 Minutes the driver returned with some snacks. The man who was already on the bus seemed frustrated by this and moved to sit further back in the bus.
Some one could steal the bus! Imagine if I took over driving the bus! HAHA!!!
