  • Thou canst not say I killed you.Never shake
  • Act 3: Scene 4
  • Feed, and regard him not.
  • Act 4: Scene 1
  • Beware of Macduff
  • Macbeth shall never vanquish.
  • None of women born/ Shall harm Macbeth.
  • Act 5: Scene 1
  • Who would have thought the old man would have had so much blood in him.
  • In this scene Macbeth and Lady Macbeth are holding a dinner party and are trying to entertain their guests. When suddenly the ghost of Banquo appeared to Macbeth covered in blood. He started panicking but no one knew why because he was the only one that could see the ghost. Lady Macbeth tried to calm down Macbeth to make sure the guests did not think he was crazy.
  • In this scene the three witches show Macbeth three different apparitions. The first one was an armored helmet that warned Macbeth that Macduff was coming for him. The second was a bloody child that told Macbeth no one would kill him. Finally the last one was a child crowned child holding a tree. He declared that Macbeth would never vanquish. 
  • Macbeth lies awake on his bed because he can not forget what he has done. As he lies their Lady Macbeth sleep walks and dreams about what she did. Both Macbeth and Lady Macbeth are full of guilt and sorrow, they try to wipe away the memories of the murders but they cant. Each night they continue to have these terrible dreams they can not shake.
