Storyboard Text

  • Usher has written me to tell me that he is not well in body and mind. He requests that I visit him.
  • The mansion is gloomy and full of dread.  There is a large crack in the front.
  • This is the last time we will probably see her alive.
  • I try to comfort Usher, but it does not work.  He and his sister Madeline are dying.
  • Usher's sister dies and we bury her under the house in the vault.
  • Yes, I hear that.  Did we bury her alive?!
  • Do you not hear that?!
  • Usher grew worse.  Soon, we hear a noise from the vault.  Madeline's ghost comes and kills Usher.
  • I run from the mansion just as it collapses in the ground.  I am lucky to be alive!
