  • As each stop on the trade route provided goods needed by the people at the next stop.
  • North America had imported goods such as tea, spices, cloth, furniture, and luxury items.         
  • And also exported goods such as furs, fish, tea, spices, cloth, furniture, and luxury items.
  • England had imported goods such as tea, spices, cloth, furniture, and ship building materials.         
  • And also exported goods such as tea, spices, cloth, and furniture.
  • Africa had imported goods such as metals,cloth, alcohol, and weapons.
  • Africa exported goods such as gold, peppercorns, ivory, and slaves.
  • Everyone profited except for Africans who were used as slaves.
