  • Causes of Conflicts By: Kristina Nolze
  • My student needs to be in the "normal" classroom all day. I don't want them in them "special" classroom. 
  • Conflict involving two people with different goals in mind.
  • Ma'am, your child will benefit from the self-contained classroom since they are AAA.
  • I have a class of 16 AAA students. All of them are on different levels. Two can't read, six can't write. What strategy should I use? This one or that one? Or what about.....
  • My honors class needs to be schedule prior to electives. It is much more important
  • Conflict between individuals with the same goal- such as scheduling
  • We need to schedule classes to allow vocation school participants not to be penalized. 
  • Mr. Wilson, you are now on the response team. 
  • But Mrs. Franklin, I am also a part of two other committees, I don't have time!
