I woke up in a place Iv'e never been before, with things I've never seen before. I tried to Identify things around me, but my mind just went blank, I felt a cold sensation on my hands as I touched the ground. I felt the coldness of the green strands slip in between my fingers. Was I dead? Is this heaven?
I began walking, I couldn't remember anything about my life up to this point, I felt so confused. Who am I? Where am I? How did I get here? I knew I needed to find something, anything.
It had become night, I searched for hours trying to find something, a way out, or even just a sign. It was dark and so cold out that I could see my own breath, I felt a grumbling in my stomach as I noticed that I couldn't see where I was walking anymore. Without realizing it I had hit my head on a tree branch and fell to the ground.
When I woke up and realized I was still here, I was still lost, the feeling of overwhelm took over me and I started to cry. I felt so lost, and like I didn't know what to do next. But, when I noticed there was two path's ahead of me, I felt a feeling of faith and relief I knew I had to keep going, even if I didn't know where I would end up.
I found something! A stream of water and a tree full of orange fruits. Suddenly, I felt so much better, this was a miracle. When I turned around, I was frightened by a man, a older man with glasses, he simply said " Go ahead, I know it has been a long journey for you. When you are ready take a seat with me..". So I did.
As I sat with the man, he began to say "that was tough right?".. he said it in a way like if he already knew. "Yeah.. It was." I said. "Don't worry, we all go through it, It was your destiny to come back here, you've actually been here before you just don't remember. But there are many others here, soon you'll find somewhere to sleep like here, with water and a tree with fruits. It's actually right around the corner. But first, you should remember." Suddenly, I knew who I was and all my memories came flooding back. I felt a warm feeling in my heart, I knew I was where I needed to be and I finally understood. I simply looked at the man and said " Thank you".
