Storyboard Text

  • Hi! I am here to talk about my religion. I am Muslim. We have many differences with the Jews and Christians. For instance, we worship in a mosque and our holy book is the Koran.
  • I am Jewish. Unlike Muslims and Christians, I worship God in a Synagogue and my holy book is a Torah.
  • Lastly, I am Christian. My place of worship is a church and in church we read the Bible.
  • Also, Islam is the only religion out of the three religions that originated in Saudi Arabia and, is separated into Sunni and Shia Muslims.
  • Although we have our differences, we all are monotheistic.
  • Additionally, Jews had to fight with the Palestines for their own homeland, Israel.
  • We also are the three major religions in the world and, all originated in the Middle East.
  • Christians also differ from these religions because the believe Jesus was the Messiah.
  • Finally, we all believe in the same prophets, Abraham, Muhammad, and Jesus.
  • Monotheistic means that all three religions believe in only one God.
  • These religions makeup half the worlds population with christian being the majority but Islam being the fastest growing religion. They are also all called the western religions.
  • Overall, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam have many differences and similarities.
