Storyboard Text

  •  "and this I did for seven long nights"
  •  "Who's there?"
  • "But the beating grew louder,  louder! I thought the heart must burst."
  • (Thump  Thump)
  • The grew louder, louder! I thought the heart must burst.
  • For seven nights the narrator would cautiously creak open the door so that a thin  ray  would  fall upon the vulture eye. The vulture eye was a pale blue eye, with film over it.
  • "First of all I dismembered the corpse. I cut off the head and the arms and the legs."
  • On the eighth night the narrators's thumb slipped on the fastening of the lantern and the old man woke up.
  • "One of his eyes resembled that of a vulture."
  • The beating of the old man's heart irritated the narrator so badly, that he couldn't take it anymore. So he  dragged him on to the floor and then he pulled the haevy bed over him, and killed him.
  • "A shriek has been heard by a neighbor during the night."
  • The narrator gruesomely killed the old man, by cutting of his limbs and the narrator enjoyed it.
  • He was afraid of the old man's eye because it looked like a vultures eye. Which is not very pleasing.
  • The officers come and the narrator confesses to killing the old man.
  • Kenzie Sharp   8-7
