- Annemarie, I think my ankle is broken. I tripped on an old root. I am in so much pain
- Oh no, what happened?
- I need you to be brave and take this to Uncle Henrick.
- Halte!
- In this scene, Annemarie is rushing to help mama because she saw her on the ground form the farmhouse. Annemarie finds out that Mama has a broken ankle. She tripped on a root while trying to rush back to the house. It took her longer than expected to get back to the house, and that's why. Little does Annemarie know, but she will have to do much more for the family this morning.
- In this scene, Annemarie and Mama have finally made it back to the house. Laying on the steps, is the package that Peter gave to Mr. Rosen. Mama tells Annemarie to prepare a basket, and she puts the package under some food. Mama tells Annemarie to be brave and deliver the package to Henrick. Annemarie starts on the path to the docks, to deliver the package.
- In this scene, Annemarie is trying is deliver the important package to Uncle Henrick. Her mother told her that this package is very important, and it must get to Uncle Henrick. After quite some time traveling, she runs into soldiers. The soldiers stop her,, and she is very scared. Annemarie knows that she must be brave because the life of her family depends on this package.
