"No human being could passed a happier childhood then myself"
Victor had a very happy childhood growing up. His parents cared for him. He as well had a close relationship with his mom.
"She died calmly, and her countenance expressed affection even in death."
Victors mom passed away from being ill, in the begging of chapter 3. Victor seemed very effected by it.
"Winter, spring, and summer passed away during my labours; but I did not watch the blossom or the expanding leaves"
After the death of his mother, victor isolated everything and stay locked up in his apartment. It seems like his develop of grief.
After victor succeed his creation, he seemed exited. However fear struck him. He quickly became sad about his creation and feared it.
"...now that I had finished, the beauty of the dream vanished, and breathless horror and disgust filled my heart. Unable to endure the aspect of the being I had created..."
"What did he there? Could he be (I shuddered at the conception) the murderer of my brother? No sooner did that idea cross my imagination, than I became convinced of its truth; my teeth chattered, and I was forced to lean against a tree for support..."
In the beging of chapter 7, Victors father send him a letter letting him know that his brother Willam has been murdered. He returns back home . When attending to see his bother, he sees his creation by far. He then turns his sadness into anger. Thinking that his creation was the one who murdered his brother.
