- This job sucks! I hate cleaning!
- This is representing the new employees working for their first time. They all have to start out by cleaning tables, which no body likes to do whatsoever. The author states, All new employees started by washing dishes and busing tables.
- This is showing the amount of work that he had to do on his first day at the job. He was complaining nonstop about cleaning dishes. The author said, After the first night, the dishes piled up after the dinner rush. The author also stated, When I asked to leave, the manager, Jeff, shook his head. Not until the work is done.
- It's my first night here and they have me on the dishes, and they are making me stay late. This is so stupid.
- After work he would smell terrible and find bits of food on or in his clothes. The author says, After work, my red-and white button-up shirt and polyester pants smelled like onions, olives, and oil.
- Was this in my shoe? How did that get in there?
- I wanted to surprise you and tell you that I got us tickets to fly to go visit Boston and visit you're college for a graduation present! I have seen all the hard work you have been putting in and now its time for you to start college and get a great education.
- Thank you so much! I appreciate you so much for this, it means so much to me. I can't wait to go see the college and the city!
