I am 13 years old and I deal with anxiety everyday. I am in a constant whirl wind of emotions.
I would sit in class having random panic attacks and would have to leave the room. My friends were worried about me.
Getting involved in a sport helped calm my nerves and with all the running being done I would tire myself out. It kept my mind preoccupied.
I had to start changing the way I thought or the anxiety was going to get the best of me and ruin how I spend my life.
I started thinking more positive when negative thoughts would start creeping back.

Once we got farther into the school year, my mind was so busy thinking about more important things I completely forgot about all the things I was worried about.
