  • Don't do weight lifting if you can't pump the iron
  • Don't sit down, stand up 
  • Stay in school kids
  • It is very annoying seeing people who never touch weights in their life. My tips if you below 150 don't take weight training or if you don't do a sport don't take it. You are just wasting a spot, not to mention most people that don't do sports don't actually work out and that's annoying. Also when you squat squat all the way down not going down 3 inches and thinking you hit the weight its annoying to watch. My tip is know what to do any have a idea for many lifts not the big 3.
  • In gym when you are a freshmen don't just sit there doing nothing. Mainly the girls or the people that are lazy just sit there do something. Take initiative, if you are playing soccer truck someone if they get mad at you knock them out or give someone a concussion (like I did) by accident. My saying for gym is at least try you only have it for one years and it ain't even hard
  • Don't be that kid that gets in trouble all the time and gets ISS or OSS. Not only is it boring you also have to make up work etc. Just pay attention in school and mess around after school or on the weekends. It is pretty simple to follow, not to mention with the new school policy of missing school.
