  • The Whiskey Rebellion was only one situation faced by the new government. Native Americans aided by the British and Spanish, were ignoring the American settlers' journey westward. I did not want the United States getting involved with foreign conflicts.
  • This Whiskey Rebellion
  • As I was growing concern about growing resistance of western Pennsylvania farmers, then their protest turned violent in July 1794. A mob that was armed attacked tax collectors and burned down buildings. This was known later as, the Whiskey Rebellion.
  • The Whiskey Rebellion is known as the violent protest that happened in western Pennsylvania when farmers where growing resistance to the tax on whiskey. (July 1974)
