  • Credit Where It's Due
  • J.D. Lopatowski Period 10
  • Hey, Lois! How are you doing today?
  • I'm feeling fine, Henry! Have you bought your house yet?
  • No, not yet. I still haven't saved enough money in my bank acoount.
  • Well, why don't you use your credit card?
  • A Credit Card? I don't know... I've heard they're pretty expensive.
  • Not if you pay all of your debts on time! Credit cards are designed for paying for big purchases, like a car or a house.
  • If you're using credit, then that means that you're borrowing money now with a promise to return it later.
  • Credit cards can also be safer than debit cards because they provide better fraud protection.
  • Dave's Auto Shop
  • No problem, Henry! Just remember to pay your bills on time!
  • Thanks, Lois! Now that I know more about credit cards, I can afford to buy a new house!
  • Fin.
