A large crowd of British Soldiers and British citizens stationed in front of the Customs House. The large crowd started to argue and a shot was fired and all chaos broke loose. Five colonists died as a result in the shooting, and many others. Colonists were extremely angry, they blamed British soldiers for tried murder and demanded the king to remove all Boston soldiers.
Lexington and Concord 1775
The Tea Act forced colonists to only buy tea from England, protestors raided several British ships and dumped hundreds of chest into the harbor. Colonists were angry because they could no longer buy/drink whatever they wanted although taxes were lowered.

Punishment over the Boston Tea Party included Boston town meetings were prohibited, Boston legislature was not allowed to meet, Bostons port was closed, and military rule was imposed. Colonists were angry because of the punishment that was paid and having to be punished with business as well was way worse for them than any taxes imposed on them.
Parliament rejected every request made by the First Continental Congress. Troops then left Boston to look for stockpile of colonial weapons. Colonists were angry because shots were fired and they were ready for war.
