Over the last year, I have been in 2 projects & was on bench in Dec 2017. Do I need to take feedback from my current project only?
Hi Anita! You will be assessed for your entire year during this cycle. It is absolutely essential that you take feedback from all projects you have contributed towards in the year.
Also, please remember to take feedback from your bench lead.
You should take feedback on all the priorities you have worked on across the projects. Your priority reviewers can share feedback on open or closed priorities. Your supervisor will also need to complete the “Tell me how I am doing” section.
