  • Sir, someone left this bag here.
  • I will take it to the security office. They can check what's in it, and get it back to it's owner.
  • 5th amendment
  • ...everything you say can and will be used against you.  You have the right to remain silent.
  • The 4th amendment limits searches and seizures (confiscating items). The officer or agent now requires a warrant. 
  • 6th amendment
  • ...nice to meet you, sir.First of all, what were you accused of, and what do you think happened that day?
  • The 5th amendment protects a person from self-incrimination.
  • 8th amendment
  • I find the defendant guilty beyond reasonable doubt, and sentence him to 8 years in prison.
  • The 6th amendment gives the accused the right to be represented by a lawyer.
  • The 8th amendment forbids unfair bail, fines, and punishment.
