The Male children in Athens go too school and learn philosphy and phisical arts. Females don't go too school but they stay at home and learn how to weave, cook and take care of the household. Women barely did any of this without a slave though.
In both Sparta and Athens women had less rights and both gave the children eduaction on phisical training. They were both city-states. They both believed in Gods and they both had slave populations that overtake the free
Sparta focused on military training, they took boys at the age of 6 to 7 and put them in military training. Women took care of the household and took care of the children. The women were also expected too stay in peak phisical condition. Babies who they did not think were going too be strong were killed. They also had very cruel punsihments.
