  • I disagree with the compromise because another state added to the Union would upset the balance of free and slave states.
  • What are you saying an addition of a slave state would be great!
  • Northern Free States: Beliefs about Congressional Power?
  • I think Congress has the power to abolish slavery in new territories.
  • What are you saying! Congress it totally exceeding its power, there is no way they can abolish slavery in new territories.

  • I think the compromise is going to a major step in expanding slavery!
