Metals, Non-Metals, and Metalloids
This storyboard does not have a description.
The difference between them is that they all have different types of properties.
Can you tell me the difference between metal, non-metals and metalloids.
Metals tend to be hard, lusterous, solid, ductile, and malleable. Nonmetals are the exact ooposire, and metalloids share properties of both.
What are the different properties?
Metalloids are on the staircase, metals are left of those, and nonmetals are to the right.
How can I tell what category an element is by it's location of the Periodic table?
