  •  Finally 
  • Federal Bank 
  • Mr. McCulloch is telling me that it is unconstitutional to tax the federal bank, which is simply not true.
  • 2
  • Excuse me? That will be impossible.
  • Simply because I refuse to pay taxes. 
  • Federal Bank 
  • Why is that sir?
  • Mr Mcculloch, I have come to tell you that you now have to start paying taxes.
  • I refuse to pay taxes, it's simply unconstitutional to tax a Federal Bank 
  • I will take this to the court.
  • Federal Bank 
  • It is not unconstitutional to tax a Federal bank.
  • The problem is that this guy told me I have to start paying taxes even though that is simply something not acceptable 
  • Why has this court been brought into session?
  • The state may have the power of taxation, the constitution and the laws made are supreme and  can not be controlled by the state.
  • The court has come to a conclusion that the state of Maryland can not tax the  Federal bank
