Picking up the ingredients from the shop that are fresh
Placing the meat and vegetables in a fridge that is 4 degrees celcius
waching hands, washing vegetables and using different chopping boards for meat and vegies
Cook the meat on a stove top and ensure that it is cooked all the way through then place in the slow cooker and freeze below -18 degrees celcius
Remove pot from the freezer and place onto high for 4 hours. When close to finishing, wash and cook rice
Serve in a bowl or plate and eat immediately (hot) or store in an air tight container and store in the freezer for up to a week
