Storyboard Text

  • As the night waned on I would open the door so slowly that no one could hear me. Not even the man himself. I would wait and wait just to get a chance to kill this man and his evil vulture eye.
  • One night when I saw the man reposed upon his bed I felt the urge to get farther into his bedroom. As I slowly moved my way into his bedroom little by little the old man must have heard me.
  • He sprung up in bed and kept saying to himself that it was just a mouse that made the scantlings crack. As he was still sitting up in bed I knew that if I let out the littlest light from my lantern he would not see it. I let a little light out and it landed on his vulture eye.
  • Who is there?
  • Seeing this eye just made me so mad. I then jumped out vehemently and threw the heavy mattress over the body.
  • Come in!
  • Hello sir. May we come in. Your neighbors thought that something went on last night.
  • You did not think that I did not hide the body well I did in the best spot so no one will find out who killed the old man. I dismembered the body and hid each limb under the scantlings. So I let them right in.
  •  We are cops and we were deputed to search the premises.
  • I let the men into the room and I was so smart that I placed my chair over where I hid the old man. Then I started to hear this beating. I would talk louder to try and make it go away and at last I admitted my crime.
  • I admit it! I killed the old man. Check under these floor boards and you will find his remains.
