Storyboard Text

  • I love Shakespeare, especially The Tempest!
  • "O brave new world that has such people in it. Let's start at once."
  • What is going on here?
  • Get out of here!
  • In my room I have the Holy Bible, and other great writings!
  • Bernard, John, and Helmholtz have met up in Helmholtz's office. John and Helmholtz are discussing and reciting Shakespeare's writings.  Bernard does not understand what they are talking about because he has been censored from influential writings. The society does not know historical and meaningful texts such as Shakespeare.
  • Linda is on her death bed after constantly taking soma. John has came to visit her before she passes away. Children that are currently receiving death conditioning, see John grieving over Linda's death. A nurse retrieves the children from the scene because it could affect their conditioning. The nurse is censoring the child from a normal human emotion.
  • One of the controller's has brought John, Helmholtz, and Bernard to his office. The controller starts pulling out all kinds of reading material, including the Bible. Religion is unknown to the people that live in civilization due to censorship and conditioning.
