Storyboard Text

  • After leaving the ER, we went to Walgreens and then home. We got home around 11:30 P.M. My sister had been home alone for three hours.
  • You know, I never broke any of my bones or got to wear a cast.
  • It's not fun. It hurts a lot.
  • My dad had just left for Lebanon with his sister that morning so he didn't know I had broken my wrist. My mom let me sleep in her room with her, although I couldn't sleep with the sling.
  • I can't sleep. I can't move my arm. It's too tight!
  • Just close your eyes and don't think about it.
  • The next day, kids were constantly asking me about my arm. No matter how vain it sounds, I felt pretty popular.
  • What'd you do?
  • I broke my wrist! Now I need someone to write for me.
  • What happened!!??
  • Can I sign your sling!?
  • Uhmm sure.
