The crazed man tried to convince the audience he is not mad due to his expertise in eliminating the old man and his evil, vulture eye.
The man was extremely bothered by this old man's "vulture eye" and proceeded watch him while he slept for 7 days, shining the light on the man's closed vulture eye.
One night, the man lay awake in horror after waking up from the madman's chuckle, the madman shone his lantern on the old mans OPEN vulture eye and the mad man was filled with fury.
The Madman threw the bed over the old man, killing him, relief flooded over the mad man, knowing the evil eye was gone.
The mad man separates the old mans limbs and hides them in the old mans room under the floor boards, after he has finished the deed, the cops show up due to a neighbor hearing a scream, the mad man is confident in what he has done and warmly welcomes the officers.
The mad man hears the rapid beating of the old mans heart in his ears, he gives up his perfect act and confesses the murder of the old man.
