  • Congress has many powers given to them. Some include: the ability to make or change laws, regulate commerce, approve treaties and Presidential appointments.
  • 
  • As President, I am allowed to make appointments, grant pardons, and veto or sign bills. I can also help to negotiate treaties.
  • 
  • Overall, Congress has more powers appointed to them but the powers of both branches are intertwined. One would not be able to get their job done without the cooperation and help of the other.
