As we started to farm we got shorter and our life span decreased. During the Paleolithic Era we started at 5'9.9 ft tall and decreased to 5'7.9 ft.
We started eating grains instead of all the proteins we needed. The result of us not eating the protein we need was devolping thinner bones and catching diseases such as malaria, tuberculosis and typhoid.
Agriculture is bad for health. We developed disease, bad nutrition, and limited amount of food. Farmers gained cheap calories at the cost of poor nutrition, limited numbers of crops lead to starvation, and due to clump together societies parasites and infectious disease occurred.
Although during the Neolithic Era population increased. Population increased during Post- Agricultural times.
In conclusion, I think that the Paleolithic way was the way to go because of life spans shortening, diseases, bad nutrition, and limited amount of food.
