Andrew Jackson misused his power with The Indian Removal. It was not fair because the Indians were forced out of their land and abused on the journey to the new lands, it was so miserable that it was know as the "The Trail of Tears". Also the new land they were forced to go to was bad and was already owned by another tribe.
The Nullification Crisis demonstrates the growing divide of the South and North because of the tension between the sides due to the Tariff of 1828. The North was benefiting because they could produce goods but the south relied on imports so they had to pay. Andrew Jackson handled this situation very well by enforcing laws.
As president, Andrew Jackson decided to veto the Bank of United States and only trust the banks that he thought of as loyal. He did this because he did not favor the BUS. This action led to an economic depression
Andrew Jackson abused his power as president. He thought he was above everything including the Supreme Court and the constitution. This led to him deaming things unconstitutional, making unfair treaties and ignoring the Supreme Court.
