  • I made it my favorite color. My favorite technique is yoga because it helps me clear my mind. 
  • I put a smiley face on mine to remind myself I deserve to be happy. My favorite technique is meditation because it helps me be mindful. 
  • This is my jar, I put my favorite quote on it. My favorite technique is deep breathing because it helps my COPD and calms my anxiety. 
  • Okay so now, lets share our jars and your favorite stress management technique.

  • I like having a set routine, so I'm glad I found a time that works for me everyday. 
  • It was hard at first, but I know how important it is so I found time.
