I like having a set routine, so I'm glad I found a time that works for me everyday.
It was hard at first, but I know how important it is so I found time.
It made me realize how it is much more attainable than I thought.

It definitely can be difficult to change our routines, but when we make it a point to add it in our day, it becomes easier. Like you said, it is important, and we have to put in the time to better ourselves.
