  • Where are you going little brown mouse. Come for lunch in my burrow like house.
  • Its wonderfully good of you fox, but no I'm having lunch with a Gruffalo. His eyes are orange, his tongue is black and he has purple prickles all over his back.
  • Where are you meeting him
  • Silly old fox doesn't he know there is no such thing as a Gruffalo.
  • Here by these rocks and his favourite food is roasted fox.
  • Roasted fox! I'm off! Goodbye little mouse
  • A mouse took a stroll through the deep dark wood. A fox saw the mouse and the mouse looked good. 
  • Good, don't call me good, I'm the scariest creature in this wood! Just walk behind me and you'll soon see, everyone is afraid of me.
  • My favourite food, you'll taste good on a slice of bread.
  • The fox doesn't want to go to lunch and tells a lie about the Gruffalo. The gruffalo is not real.
