  • My anxiety affects me throughout my day.  I have been feeling anxious for several months and have tried talking to friends and family, but I'm having a hard time changing my thought patterns.  I wish I had the money to pay for professional help.  
  • I just downloaded the Cope app and completed my first coping mechanism.  I didn't know there were methods like this that could help with my anxiety.
  • I have been completing coping mechanisms every day and I finally feel like I am proactively taking steps to reducing my anxiety.  My anxiety doesn't control me anymore.
