- Which means he won't stop until an external force is applied to him! And since he can't seem to stop himself, we need to cause that force, before he gets hurt!
- Can't stop huh? Guess it's time to enforce the law!

- You've heard of Sir Isaac Newton right?
- Well, Barry can't stop. Which means this is the jurisdiction of Newton's first law; "A body at rest will remain at rest, and a body in moton will remain in motion, unless acted upon by an external force." Barry is a body in motion.
