  • Unfortunately, many times the other ships get the upper hand by being on the look out and spotting a ship while the
  • other ship is too busy partying.
  • First, a pirate will negotiate the ship to surrender its trea-sures instead of having to resort to fighting.
  • Surrender or else!
  • Most of the time, the opposing ship will surrender. But in the times that they refuse to, they are most likely taken out just by the first shot from a cannon.
  • After looting the ship of its treasures, most of the time the crew will be taken as hostages.
  • If these hostages are not sold as slaves, sold for ransom, or left at a desert island, they will be taken back to their ship to be useful as a doctor, reader, surgeon, and more.
