  • This is when the Germans made the Jews leave their houses to be taken to the concentration camps. pg. 19
  • Chapter 4: Losing Faith
  • The Jews were all crammed into one train-car and had to travel like that until they got to the concentration camp. "There are eighty of you in one car." pg. 24
  • Chapter 5: The Selection
  • Someone pushed me. It was my turn. I ran without looking back.
  • The men and women were separated and had to leave their belongings behind. pg. 29
