  • Some Mornings are really hard to wake up...
  • It can be really hard to wake up in the morning when you know you have such a long day ahead of you. But it is important to give yourself enough time to leave the house feeling good.
  • Waking up at least an hour before you need to leave gives you time wash your face, brush your teeth, do your hair how you want it to be done and that makes you feel better!
  • you'll have a great day.
  • You will also have plenty of time to pick out exactly what you would like to wear for the day-wearing what you want will help you feel comfortable inside and out.
  • You may not always like having food first thing in the morning, but healthy foods in the morning provide you energy for the day! Adding breakfast to your morning routine is healthy for you.
  • You should feel really present in your morning. Right before you get your things to walk out the door, it would be a great opportunity to stretch, and/or practice some mindful breathing to kick start good feelings for your day.
  • You might be walking out the door to a tough day, but because you didn't rush, and took all the steps to take care of yourself first, you will be able to handle anything! Have a Wonderful day!
