Storyboard Text

  • Unknown family relative (third cousin) arrives
  • Welcome to my humble abode and more importantly, to Canada, my long lost third cousin. Come in and feel at home; breakfast is soon to be served.
  • Hello there. It's good to finally see you. Why is Canada so cold? You don't seem to be too bothered by the cold.
  • I was going to serve a simple Canadian breakfast of pancake with maple syrup, butter tart, pierogi, and back bacon but I thought you might enjoy a glass of beer to chug it all down. Eh?
  • Don't mention it. I'm sorry if it's not what you're used to. After our tour today I'll serve even more that you'll love.
  • You've been so hospitable, I'm sure Canadians are nice and thoughtful like you. Mmmm these look and taste so delicious.
  • They go on a 2 hour road-trip to a different city
  • Canadians really love camping and enjoying outdoor activities in any weather. Anything to relax and unwind in this busy life is great. Plus the scenery is spectacular eh?
  • Yes the scenery is beautiful. Nature here is stunning and you guys are proud of it.
  • Isn't it funny? Just 2 hours away from my home it's not snowing. Anyway (American) football is very popular in Canada and is often compared to American Rugby.  Our teams compete in the NFL and CFL.
  • Oops, the player wants the ball back. I'm so sorry! Alright, let's go fishing .
  • That salmon looks good, when we get home let's smoke it and eat, eh? Mmm, thinking of eating this fish reminds me of the Poutine and KD Mac n' Cheese you have at home. Could we head back and eat dinner?
  • They take a 2 hour drive back home where it's snowing to eat and watch HBO Canada
  • As a nation with plenty bodies of water, both large and small, fresh and salt water, fishing is very common and contributes to the economy of Canada, because we export them too.
  • The next day
  • It was great to have you over and learn a bit about Canada. As you can tell, Canada is a truly remarkable country. It's landmarks and landscapes are breathtaking. During our trip I took pictures, you may have it and the camera to take more pictures for memories.
  • Thank you so much, I have enjoyed my time, learned a lot and I will cherish this memory.
