Victor is found chasing a monster at the North Pole. He meets Robert Walton who is on an expedition. Victor tells him why he is there and the story of his life.
Victor discovered the secret to bringing things to life. He gathered body parts from a graveyard and assembled them into a "creature" that came to life. Upon seeing his monster, he was horrified and became ill. He deserted the monster to fend for itself.
Frankenstein searched for a companion and someone to love. But when he got rejected because of his hideous nature he was angered and hurt. This anger fueled a need for revenge against his creator.
Frankenstein killed Victors younger brother William. In search for Frankenstein, Victor finds him in the mountains. The monster demands Victor to make him a bride or he will kill the ones he loves. Victor breaks his promise and Frankenstein kills Victors wife and best friend Clerval.
Seeking revenge, Victor follows Frankenstein North. It is here that he runs into Robert Walton on his expedition. After telling him his story, he died in his sleep.
Frankenstein mourns Victors death and realizes that now he is more alone than ever. He hides away in the arctic and ends his life. Robert realizes that some scientific adventures are not worth the cost.
