I Lived in Italy from 1475 - 1564. Like Leonardo I am a many-sided genius because i am a sculptor, engineer, painter, architect, and poet. Today I am one of the three most celebrated Florentine masters.
One of my greatest projects was decorating the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel in Rome. For four years I would lay on my back on a wooden platform suspended just a few inches below the chapel ceiling. This peace of work makes me a Humanist because I put a good portion of the Bible into a painting so that it would be easier for people to understand.
Humanist is making sure you live your life to your full potential and help people do that as well. I think Michaelangelo was a humanist because when he painted the Sistine Chapel he wanted people who could not read the bible to be able to interpret it from his painting and also to let them find their own meanings about the paintin
